Can you help Minnesota's largest LGBTQ+ advocacy organization reach our $5,000 goal?

For over 35 years, OutFront Minnesota has advocated for more inclusive LGBTQ+ policies at the state legislature, built more inclusive school environments for LGBTQ+ youth, and provided a helpline and support to LGBTQ+ folks experiencing violence.

Our helpline calls have DOUBLED since the 2024 election. We are seeing more schools reaching out to us asking how they can support LGBTQ+ students. We are also working harder than ever at the state capitol to prevent anti-trans legislation from passing. 

Our fundraising goal for Give OUT Day is $5,000—enough to fund a week of our life-saving helpline services. 

This year, a queer person named Harry called our helpline. Harry had been facing constant anti-gay harassment from his neighbor and was starting to fear for his safety. OutFront Minnesota's advocates helped Harry get to a safer living situation where he can now live without fear.

Afterward, Harry said, "I felt listened to as an LGBTQ+ person while working with [OutFront Minnesota] when nobody else seemed to listen or care. I can sleep again, I eat again, and I feel like a person again when I was feeling like a specter in my previous living scenario."
