Your support matters.

Each year, your support of the Ordway and it's work to connect people with the arts makes it possible to produce and present concerts, comedy, and Broadway @ the Ordway. This season, the stages are filled once again with talented artists and the theater doors are open and ready to welcome you back.

As a nonprofit performing arts center that belongs to the community, we are committed to providing meaningful and thoughtful arts engagement even though our lights are temporarily dimmed.

Because of donations from individuals:

  • 40,000 students and teachers from around Minnesota and Wisconsin will have an Ordway experience this school year. School Performances are once again in person at the Ordway, and schoolchildren are once again able to feel the joy and wonder of attending a live performance with their classmates.
  • Exciting and uplifting programming fills the Ordway stages, including Patti LuPone thrilling audiences with her interpretations of Broadway show tunes, America's Got Talent finalists Sons of Serendip sharing their unique combination of charm and prowess, and an all-new production of Peter Pan launching a national tour from the Ordway this holiday season
  • The Ordway venue itself remains ready to greet you and your loved ones. Dedicated staff make sure that each brass banister is polished, every window is cleaned and clear to let the views of Rice Park shine through, and each seat is comfortable and waiting for you to take in a show.

Have twice the impact!

When you make a gift to the Ordway on Give to the Max Day 2023, your support will go twice as far. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous family foundation, your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar! Your investment will help create magic moments for audiences of all ages, including the holiday production of Peter Pan
