Options Mankato is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to empowering individuals to make life-affirming decisions regarding pregnancy, relationships and health in a caring and professional environment.  We engage our clients with hope and unconditional support.

Since opening in 2015 we have seen incredible growth, including achieving AAAHC medical accreditation. In January 2026 we moved from the Brett's Building in downtown Mankato to a much larger facility in North Mankato to accommodate our growing clients.

How much do we charge?

All of our services are completely free.

What services do we hope to provide in the future?

We are working toward offering STI/STD testing. Future possibilities of services include prenatal care, reproductive wellness, and fertility awareness.
