• Celebrate the triumphant return of Gaelynn Lea and Kevin Kling’s immensely popular collaboration INVISIBLE FENCES, combining exceptional artistry with explorations of identity, disability and the stories we tell ourselves.
• Launch TWO Driveway Tour summer puppet shows that will reach over 3000 people in 80 communities across the Metro and greater MN!
• Advance the careers of emerging artists with the PUPPET LAB FESTIVAL, led by Co-Artistic Directors Oanh Vu and Sofía Padilla!
• Blow the roof off our theater with the area premiere of LIZZIE: THE MUSICAL, a rock-opera exposing the secrets of America's most notorious axe-swinging murderess.
• Nurture neighborhood camaraderie with a re-launch of our free outdoor summer art-crawl, BRIDGEFEST, featuring sidewalk performers, pop-up puppetry, and a DJ dance party.

• In the past year, nearly 13,000 people engaged with Open Eye to watch shows, attend events, or take workshops!
  
  
• We keep growing as a creative hub for new work: over 20+ original works of theater, puppetry, music and storytelling commissioned and supported in the last year!
  
  
• Open Eye supported over 120 Minnesota artists – performers, designers, musicians, writers, instructors, and technicians!
  
  
• The summer Driveway Tour performed in 69 communities across the Metro and Greater MN! 76% of this year’s Driveway Tour hosts returned to partnered with us again! We've performed for over 111,000 Driveway Tour patrons since 2004!
  
  
• Open Eye artists supported six FREE community events, engaging with over 2181 households!
  
  
• Representation & Inclusion Matter: Artists from BIPoC, LGBTQ, and Disability communities are leading projects and envisioning new programming: 52% performers, designers, instructors, and writers; 75% artistic leadership. Our stage is now lift-enabled and fully accessible!
