ODHC is a non-profit community health center, providing quality, affordable health care to everyone!

Open Door Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), provides comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare and mental health services to uninsured and underinsured people of all ages. Guided by our mission to advance health equity and reduce barriers to care, we ensure that every person—regardless of insurance status, socioeconomic background, or immigration status—has access to high-quality, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed care.

Our medical and dental programs offer a full continuum of primary medical services including well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute and chronic illness management, dental cleanings and maintenance, and nutritional support. For uninsured patients, we provide services on a sliding fee scale based on household income, with no one turned away for inability to pay.
