Open Door has been providing medical, dental, and mental health services to under-served populations in South Central Minnesota since 1994. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering services safely in the clinic and via telehealth.
Open Door’s mission is to advance access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate health care through patient-centered collaborative, medical, dental, and behavioral health services for all people across southern Minnesota.
The extra measures we have taken at Open Door to keep our providers, staff, and community safe have been hard on our dedicated clinical teams, and very difficult financially.
Your generosity helps Open Door meet the increasing demand of uninsured and underinsured individuals and families in our community.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible.
