NRRC Financial’s mission is to provide innovative, flexible financial products to support and maintain affordable housing, encourage community development and to meet the credit needs of low income and underserved residents of the Near North and Willard Hay neighborhoods in Minneapolis.  Our focus over the next year is to: 

• Expand our Homeownership Counseling program helping clients secure First Generation Homebuyers Down Payment Assistance 
• Expand our Small Dollar Loan Program to help would be homeowners pay off old collections, tax debt, and high cost loans in order to meet mortgage eligibility requirements
• Conduct Outreach to help our residents secure Inflation Reduction Act rebates and tax credits to make their homes more energy efficient.
