Northrop Elementary School

Northrop Urban Environmental is a community school located in southeast Minneapolis. We offer outdoor environmental learning experiences at nearby Lake Nokomis, Lake Hiawatha and Minnehaha Creek, giving students invaluable opportunities to explore nature in the city. High rigor, clear expectations and an environmentally integrated curriculum propel our students to higher level thinking and guide students to reach their academic potential.
