The mission of North Country Ride is to promote personal growth and development through equine-assisted therapeutic, educational and recreational activities. Our vision is a community where all people facing life challenges can find growth and healing through a connection with horses.

Our riders gain strength and mobility as they learn to communicate with the horse through posture, leg and arms movements as well as verbal cues. Therapeutic riding also benefits riders by boosting confidence, improving balance and attention and increasing their overall sense of wellbeing.  

We serve riders ages 5 to 75, with a wide range of abilities and challenges. Each rider works on individualized goals in North Country Ride's riding programs. We are committed to providing riders with a quality experience and opportunity for personal growth.
