NOAH Rochester

NOAH Rochester’s mission is to preserve and beautify Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) in Downtown Rochester, Minnesota. Rochester, like most U.S. cities today, faces an affordable housing crisis. Lack of affordable housing disproportionately impacts low income and minority populations. Our nonprofit will purchase remaining NOAH units and convert them into permanently affordable housing for lower income people, and serve People with Disabilities, People of Color, LGBTQIA+ Folx, and those from other marginalized groups. By preventing further displacement of low income and minority populations, we will create a more equitable community.
