Aquajets Swim Team is a value-based, purpose-driven organization founded on the belief that swimming can be both fun and competitive. Our dedicated staff works together with a shared mission: to support the success of every athlete, at every level.

HAPIE is the foundation of everything we do and represents the core values that guide our team culture - Humility, Accountability, Perseverance, Integrity, and Empathy.

HAPIE athletes—and the parents and coaches who support them—become better swimmers, faster swimmers. But more importantly, HAPIE athletes grow into well-rounded individuals, becoming doctors, lawyers, business leaders, teachers, parents, siblings, friends, and contributors to strong communities.

By keeping the sport fun and providing every swimmer with the opportunity and resources to achieve their goals, we build more than athletes—we build confident, resilient, and successful people.
