SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING

Mount Olivet Home (MOH) is a retirement home for seniors conveniently located in south Minneapolis. Our 92 private rooms offer a comfortable, home-like setting with assisted living services to help each resident maintain an active and independent lifestyle. ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE A monthly rate, based on an assessment of needs includes a wide range of services, including the following:

• Private rooms with private bathrooms
• 24-hour RN/LPN and nursing assistant staffing
• Medication administration
• Personal care/bathing assistance
• 3 nutritious meals per day
• Snacks and other refreshments
• Laundry and housekeeping services
• Daily recreational, social, and educational activities

MEMORY CARE We also offer a secured memory care unit for resident coping with the early stages of memory loss, Alzheimer’s, and other dementia-related illnesses. Residents in the memory care unit have their own dining room located on the unit. Memory Care Services include:

• Additional assistance with personal care
• Specialized therapeutic recreation activities

Should a resident's care needs change, a transfer to Mount Olivet Careview Home, our adjoining skilled nursing care community, may be arranged.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES For the convenience of the residents and their families, the following health care services are available:

• On-site physician and nurse practitioner
• On-site laboratory, x-ray, dental, podiatry, optometry, and audiology services
• On-site physical, occupation, and speech therapy
• Hospice and palliative care
• Consulting pharmacists
• Medication delivery
