Domestic abuse is a public health and safety crisis that affects us all, but... when one child heals, a whole family begins to heal. And when a family heals, a whole community becomes safer.

At Domestic Abuse Project (DAP), we provide mental health therapy and supportive services to stop the cycle of violence. Last year alone, we delivered over 19,000 services for children and adults impacted by abuse - from trauma therapy, to intervention & prevention counseling, to assistance with safety plans, basic needs, and more.

Without early intervention like ours, a child exposed to abuse is 10x more likely to abuse a partner in adulthood, or 6x more likely to be abused, as a child who grows up in safety.

Healing happens at DAP, where the evidence-based programming we've developed over 46 years has the power to save lives - but we need your financial support to keep going.
