MN Teams Association

MN Teams Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate in youth sports, regardless of their family’s financial situation. We believe that sports are more than just games – they are a powerful platform for building confidence, developing leadership skills, fostering teamwork, and creating lifelong memories.

Our Mission 
At MN Teams, our mission is simple but impactful: to break down financial barriers and make youth sports accessible to all. Through scholarships, equipment donations, and partnerships with community organizations, we work tirelessly to ensure no child is left on the sidelines.

Why We Exist
Youth sports participation has become increasingly expensive, leaving many families unable to afford the costs of registration, uniforms, and equipment. This financial gap prevents countless kids from experiencing the joy and benefits of being part of a team. MN Teams Association was created to bridge this gap, providing support to ensure every child has the chance to play, grow, and thrive.

What We Do

• Scholarships for Kids in Need: We provide financial assistance to families who cannot afford the cost of youth sports participation.
• Equipment Donations: We organize equipment drives to collect and distribute lightly used gear to kids who need it most.
• Community Events: Through events like the Turkey Bowl, we bring families together for fun and fundraising while raising awareness about our mission.
• Partnerships: We collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and donors to expand our reach and impact.

Our Impact
Every year, MN Teams helps dozens of kids step onto the field with confidence, knowing they belong. In 2024, our goal is to support 100 young athletes, providing them with the resources they need to succeed. Currently, we have 20 kids on our waitlist who are eager to join but need financial support. With the help of our donors and partners, we’re working to ensure no child is left out.
