The Minnesota Leadership Council on Aging is a champion, thought leader, planner and educator that advances positive system change for older adults, their families and caregivers.  Although diverse in our areas of expertise, our members come together around a common mission to create communities and systems that support aging with dignity and a spirit of well-being in Minnesota.

We directly serve our 32 nonprofit member organizations to help them serve more than 1 million older Minnesotans. Our MN Diverse Elders Coalition seeks its membership from a more focused list of organizations across Minnesota serving Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQ+, undocumented, immigrant, refugee, and other marginalized voices, which have not been fully visible nor respected.

Together, we champion...

  1. diverse, equitable, and inclusive communities in which to age
  2. a Minnesota free of ageism
  3. coordinated age-friendly systems
  4. people who provide care for older Minnesotans

On November 16, 2023 we ask you to do your part and ensure that we remain a strong and transformational force in the state of Minnesota. We thank you in advance for a contribution in any amount that you can afford!
