Minnesota Training Partnership Inc

A nonprofit organization

"Every worker makes a contribution, and every worker deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to thrive."

— Dolores Huerta, Co-founder of the United Farm Workers (UFW)

Minnesota Training Partnership (MTP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides worker-centered employment and training services. Our organization was founded by leaders of the Minnesota AFL-CIO, and is committed to ensuring that the needs and dreams of working people drive all we do.

As a workforce intermediary, MTP helps workers, unions, businesses, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and education providers collaborate to build a strong, skilled workforce.  MTP implements a wide range of career training and employment programs that help place people on a pathway to household sustaining jobs.  We work with unions to provide their members with additional skills and workplace opportunities.  Additionally, MTP helps unions and businesses create, implement, and administer Registered Apprenticeship Programs that allow workers to earn as they learn.

Please join us in re-imagining and re-invigorating workforce development in partnership with labor!
