PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

PTA Values

Collaboration: We will work in partnership with a wide array of individuals and organizations to broaden and enhance our ability to serve and advocate for all children and families.

Commitment: We are dedicated to children’s educational success, health, and well-being through strong family and community engagement, while remaining accountable to the principles upon which our association was founded.

Local Units

Our Local Units work to achieve our PTA values at the local level by engaging with families, schools, and communities. PTAs encourage parents to be actively engaged in their children's education to help make their child's potential a reality. By joining the PTA, parents can stay informed about their child's school life, gain insights into the educational system and contribute to their child's learning experience. Family Engagement events are important for our Local Units so that they can reach out to more families and members within their schools and communities because we can do more together! 

Grants for Family Engagement

Our Local PTAs work include all families so that every parent is treated as a valued partner and feels like they matter in supporting their child's success. We would like to raise funds so that we can provide grants for Family Engagement events for our Local Units. These events are an important way to build relationships to reach every family. We can do more together!
