Your support today means hope for our entire community, including survivors like Patty.Patty is a stage 4 ovarian cancer survivor, diagnosed in 2016.

“I encourage people to donate to continue the strides that have been made over the last 25 years. We are a very important part of this process,” shared Patty, a stage 4 ovarian cancer survivor diagnosed in 2016.

After a recurrence in 2019, Patty needed additional treatment. Now, she’s healthy and thriving. Patty is dedicated to the MOCA community, serving as our MOCA Board Vice Chair and as a volunteer for our medical education program.

Patty added, “We benefit immeasurably from MOCA, not only in the personal direct support—but in the research that MOCA funds to work toward a cure and better treatments.”

Did you know? MOCA is one of the top private, nonprofit funders of ovarian cancer research in the nation. With your support, MOCA has provided more than $12 million for ovarian cancer research to find  better treatments, an early detection test and one day—a cure for this disease.
