Minnesota One-Stop for Communities

Each year, Minnesota One-Stop for Communities has been helping parents navigate the legal and logistical challenges of the child welfare system, along with mentoring those recovering from substance abuse. Our goal is to assist parents in reunification and connect them with community resources to improve their family's quality of life.

We also provide housing to single adults and families, along with emergency shelters to bring them from homelessness to housing. Our goal is to assist parents in reunification and connect them with community resources to improve their family's quality of life.

Your GIVE TO THE MAX DAY gift helps us provide these services to more individuals and families so that they can be safe, stable, and healthy. Together, we can change people's lives.

• At the end of 2024, 216 families received direct services through our organization
• We work with families to navigate the public systems and to bring about constructive change through support, guidance, instruction, and/or treatment through our Parent Mentor Programs.
• We provide housing support to those who are experiencing long-term homelessness as well as those who are at risk of being homeless.
• We connect individuals to additional community resources whose services we do not offer, which brings relief from trying to find the help that is needed.
