Since 1997 Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics & Fitness has provided children with all abilities in our community and the surrounding rural areas an opportunity to experience exercise and fitness. We offer a variety of classes to accommodate different fitness levels for youth from toddler ages to adults. With over 600 kids currently enrolled in our programs each quarter we are one of the largest athletic programs in our community. Our mission at Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics & Fitness is to provide a safe and welcoming environment that builds confidence through physical movement and promotes healthy lifestyles. Whether it's through our elite gymnastics program, youth ninja courses, recreational gymnastics classes, FlyTime (fitness for kids and adults with special needs), Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties, and more, our goal is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to come and enjoy fitness at any level.

At MFGF we want everyone to be able to achieve fitness, no matter their physical ability, ethnicity, or financial status.  With reasonable service fees, community support, fundraising, and grants we are able to keep our fees affordable for families of all economic backgrounds. We are also determined to continue to create a space of safety and belonging for any child that is enrolled in our programs. Our curriculum is designed to developmentally advance each child and assist them in learning healthy living habits. Your donation will allow us to continue to meet our mission and provide the space to grow and move towards bigger goals and better health and fitness opportunities for all youth in our community and beyond.
