Minnesota Breast Cancer Coalition

A nonprofit organization

$1,073 raised by 10 donors

The Minnesota Breast Cancer Coalition is an all-volunteer 501c3 organization founded in 1991. Our mission is to end breast cancer by advocating for increased research funding and access for all to evidence-based screening and treatment.

All donations go to our Patient Assistance Fund.

This Fund helps breast cancer patients being treated at any M Health Fairview Hospital or Clinic with non-medical expenses. We provide help with rent/mortgage; utilities; childcare; transportation/parking; and food and gasoline gift cards.

Social workers and patient assistance specialists at M Health Fairview Hospitals and Clinics identify those breast cancer patients in need of assistance and then disburse the funds as needed.

From January 1 through October 31, 2024, the MBCC Patient Assistance Fund has disbursed $15,385.25 to breast cancer patients who are in active treatment.

Your donation helps ease the stress of breast cancer patients and makes it easier for them to focus on their treatment.
