Minneapolis Titans & MSP Starwhals Hockey

Your Support Keeps Local Kids on the Ice!

Minneapolis Titans & MSP Starwhals Hockey is a non-profit, volunteer-led association that welcomes all skaters, no matter their level of experience.  This includes a focus on first-time hockey families.  There is a place for everyone on the ice!  We are proud to support families from north of I-94/394 in Minneapolis, Columbia Heights, Fridley, and Brooklyn Center, and St. Paul.

Hockey is expensive, but here at the Titans & Starwhals 100% of our skaters have subsidized registrations, and 15-20% have additional scholarships.  We also loan equipment as needed, and provide personalized jerseys at no extra cost.  We couldn't do this work without our amazing community supporting us 🖤💛💙

Your contribution will help make hockey affordable and accessible for more kids.

In today's world, safe spaces for youth are not optional - they're essential.  Our team offers kids a supportive and inclusive place to be for a few hours a week.  Our coaches provide mentorship and skill development that help our skaters thrive at school, and in their future careers.

Our team also helps build community connections between kids, families, neighbors, and local businesses, which fosters a sense of unity and provides opportunities for socialization in the middle of cold Minnesota winters.  Youth sports organizations like ours can also reduce negative youth behaviors, increase public safety, and promote healthy physical activity, which benefits our community's overall well-being.

While the concepts may sound broad, the real-world application is deeply impactful and your financial contribution powers this work.
