According to the CDC approximately 2.2% of the US adult population is on the autism spectrum.  Studies estimate a staggering 50-75% of the 5.6 million autistic adults in the U.S. are unemployed or underemployed despite having the skill sets and expertise to excel in the workplace. *

At Mind Shift our vision is to create a world of work where all people are valued for their different ways of thinking.

• Mind Shift provides specialized skills and services to support employment of ASD population.
• We aid business’ to fill vital roles within their organization with highly skilled workers.

Challenges facing Mind Shift:

Assisting candidates with the needed support during the pre-hire process is provided at no cost to them. The cost to complete this process is $5000 per person and supported entirely by donations.

• At Mind Shift with more partnerships there is a need for more candidates.  As we continue to expand, donations are necessary for outreach to those on the autism spectrum and to fulfill our business partner's needs.
• Whether you have a family member, a friend or relative who is on the autism spectrum, your donation will be used to support neurodiversity in the workplace.
