Together we are MICC!

For 27 years, MICC has celebrated the uniqueness of every autistic and neurodivergent adult through individualized, holistic vocational and life skills training programs and a supportive, inclusive community that promotes both independence and true belonging.

MICC is a post-high school education program and more than that…

It’s an employment and vocational program and more than that…

It’s a post-graduate support program and more than that…

MICC is so much more than the sum of its parts.

It takes each of us — our dedicated, creative staff, business, government and community partners, loving, caring trusted adults, and you, our donors — to create a community for autistic and neurodivergent adults to thrive: working, living, socializing, advocating, contributing to our world in their own way.

We want to thank you for your support of MICC, and we ask you to continue to support participants by donating to our $100,000 GIVE TO THE MAX Challenge.

$100,000 GIVE TO THE MAX Challenge

Donate today or any time during our GIVE TO THE MAX campaign, and the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation will match your donation*, doubling your contribution! These funds are vitally important in helping MICC continue to deliver programming that equips and empowers autistic and neurodivergent individuals to lead the lives they want to lead.

* The Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation will match up donations up to $26,000.
