The Metropolitan Boys Choir is a unique program of musical excellence and personal growth for Twin Cities area boys of varied social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. Boys of different backgrounds and experiences come together through their love of music to celebrate the talents that they have in common. Since its inception in 1971, no boy has ever been turned away for financial reasons.
As the Metropolitan Boys Choir celebrates our 50 years of music making, the power of music is needed more than ever in the lives of our youth and in our communities. In these uncertain times, music stands strong in its ability to inspire hope and creativity in our young musicians, a sense of community and connection among those we share it with, and provide the joy we all need in times of challenge.
The MBC needs your support in order to continue to offer tuition/financial assistance to our boys. Please help us to continue our mission that will help to mold the lives and character of the young men of our future, as it has done for so many thousands of alumni in our past 50 years.
