Mending Together

Mending Together exists to bridge the mental health resource and relationship gap between everyday people and refugees. 

We equip volunteers, churches, and frontline workers with trauma-informed tools, and we walk alongside displaced people through emotional support, healing-centered activities, and community-building programs.

Across the U.S. and around the world, refugees and those who care for them carry immense emotional and spiritual weight. Many feel isolated, overwhelmed, and under-resourced. Mending Together steps into that gap with:

• Trauma-informed training for volunteers and staff

• Care and debriefing for refugee support workers

• Art-based healing and emotional regulation groups

• Intercultural communication tools for welcoming communities

• Direct programming for refugees and displaced families
