Martin County Preservation Association is a 501 (c)(3) organization managing the Red Rock Center for the Arts and the Chubb House. Both of these buildings are located in Fairmont, MN, and listed on the National Register Historic Places.

Red Rock Center for the Arts (RRC) was built in 1898 by prominent Minnesota architect Harry W. Jones. It is an excellent example of the Richardsonian Romanesque style.  In 2005 MCPA completed the restoration with help from many dedicated volunteers. Red Rock was dedicated back to the community to provide a gathering place to enjoy a wide array of arts and entertainment opportunities. The beautiful historic venue is available for tours, as well as a public rental space for that special event.

The historic Chubb House overlooking Lake Sisseton, was built in 1867 of bricks made from clay found on the banks of Buffalo Lake and fired in a local kiln. The Chubb House is available for tours and becomes   "The SPOT for Tea" once a year to take you back to the days of yesteryear.
