The Maple Grove Lutheran Foundation was created as a result of the unfortunate and untimely passing of two wonderful young men:  Blake Poyer and Jason Toops.  Memorials donated at the times of their passing were set aside and became the initial seed money to create the Foundation.  Our primary goal is to grow these funds to help thriving charities in need and thus provide a legacy to live on for Blake and Jason.
