Our mission is to help fund equipment and other items for special needs children in Southern Minnesota

Mankato Area Children in Need is a non-profit organization* established in 1998. Our mission is to help fund equipment and other items for special needs children in Southern Minnesota when insurance or other funding sources are insufficient. Over the past ten years we have raised nearly $160,000, and these funds have all stayed locally to benefit special needs children. There are no administrative costs to the organization, as it is run exclusively by volunteers. Our primary fundraiser is an annual charitable golf tournament that includes varying levels of financial sponsorship.
