I'm asking you to please consider honoring a veteran with a gift to Magnus's "Sponsor a Veteran" Program.
A testimonial from one of our members:
My name is CAPT Bob Jaskowiak, USN (Ret). I enlisted in the Navy in 1989, and retired in 2017. Most of my career was in the Reserve force. I eventually rose to command two joint intelligence units, and I finished my service at the National Military Command Center in the Pentagon. The United States was at war for virtually my entire 28-year career: the Gulf War, Iraq, Somalia, Bosnia, Coratia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan.
Over these many years I had the opportunity to see first-hand the effects of prolonged combat operations on our deployed Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines. The long hours away from home and families, the risks and dangers, and the stress, pressure and long hours combined to take visible and invisible tolls on our returning all-volunteer force.
As a member of Magnus, I have found that it is uniquely equipped to directly address the needs of our veterans and their families. I'm not aware of any similar organization in the country that is so fully dedicated to restoring the bodies, hearts, minds and spirits of those that sacrificed so much for the rest of us!
I appreciate this opportunity to encourage you to join us at Magnus by joining as a member, by volunteering, or by supporting this great organization with a generous financial contribution. And, I extend an invitation to tour our wonderful and beautiful campus in Dayton, MN, to see for yourself the difference we are making for our beloved veterans and their families.
Thank you, Bob, for your heartfelt testimonial. As you may know, Magnus Veterans Wellness Campus provides comprehensive health care to veterans and their immediate family members. Our services include primary medical and mental health care, individual and group physical training, spiritual counseling, physical therapy, chiropractic services and yoga. We've recently added auricular acupuncture which is an effective treatment for those suffering from PTSD, sleep disorders, substance abuse and pain. Our services are 100% free to veterans and their families due to the generosity of our loyal supporters.
Our veterans and their families made huge sacrifices to serve our country. Please show how grateful you are for their service and sacrifices with your most generous gift to our "Sponsor a Veteran" Program. Your gift of $50 will provide health care for a veteran for a month, $600 for a year, or any amount you donate will make a huge difference. One hundred percent of donations go to providing care for our veterans and is 100% percent tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
My sincerest thanks to you along with a huge THANK YOU from our veterans and their families who benefit from your caring and support!
