At Grief to Grace MN, we are committed to the restoration of dignity, worth, and purpose for all those who have endured abuse. Our mission is simple: to offer hope and healing to those who are suffering. Through professional, trauma-informed care and a compassionate approach, we provide a safe space for individuals to begin their journey of restoration.

Our 5-day retreat program is designed for those who have experienced trauma, offering a holistic, therapy-for-the-soul experience. Centered on Jesus Christ, our program combines psychological and medical principles with spiritual care, empowering each participant to reclaim their dignity and discover a renewed sense of purpose.

In addition to our retreat programs, we offer vital ongoing community support, informational events, and referrals to pastoral care, life coaching, spiritual direction, and trauma therapy—ensuring that the healing journey continues beyond our program.
