Love INC works by networking existing church ministries and community agencies and mobilizing individual Christians to fill the gaps in services through relationships. This network of churches, agencies, and individuals helps the poor by meeting physical needs such as food and clothing, to longer-term responses through relational ministries such as life skills training.
