Why $3,000, you ask? That's the magic number that makes our free outdoor shows possible. While we love bringing the joy of theatre to all, it takes a village (and some funds) to make it happen. Your donation ensures we can cover play royalties, costumes, sets, props, and so much more!

Locally Grown Theatre is a community theatre serving the communities of the South Washington County and surrounding areas. 

The mission of Locally Grown Theatre is to plant the seed of theatre; to cultivate the inner artist in youth; to nurture the love of theatre arts within the community; to grow artists, of all ages, through experimentation in multiple theatrical forms.

In our decade of operation, since our start in 2012, we have produced 19 shows which include actors of multiple generations in each performance, and have hosted 30 camps and classes for student actors.
