Benefiting Lionsgate Academy, a Public Charter School Celebrating Fourteen Years of Inclusion & Empowerment for Students with Autism

Thank you for visiting the Lionsgate Foundation page to benefit Lionsgate Academy (LGA). We are happy to count you as a member of our community - a community who supports all students, especially those students with autism. Lionsgate Foundation is proud to facilitate giving for Lionsgate Academy and the innovative work it does to help students with autism experience a place to belong and to grow into capable young adults. We look forward to your participation here on #GiveAtHomeMN day! In the meantime, please visit our website for more information: www.lionsgatefoundation.org

Your donation will support LGA in many ways including helping to fund field trips, after-school clubs, academics, AIM (our program for ages 18 - 21), the all-school play, art, technology, and special education best practices. With a waiting list of over 290 families, Lionsgate has expanded their program to serve families in the Northeast Metro by opening Lionsgate Academy Shoreview. Your donation will help further the efforts at all three Lionsgate campuses - Minnetonka (grades 7 -12), North St. Paul (ages 18 - 21 transition program) and the Shoreview location (also grades 7 - 12). We appreciate your generosity!

OUR VISION:

The Lionsgate Foundation works to expand opportunities, dissolve barriers and increase belonging between students with autism spectrum disorders, their families and communities.

OUR MISSION:

The Lionsgate Foundation, founded in 2011, supports innovation in academic, vocational and independent living skills benefiting students, educators and families in the autism spectrum community. Lionsgate Academy, a public charter school founded in 2008, develops and implements that educational innovation and has been the main beneficiary of the Foundation's support. The Lionsgate Foundation is proud to support Lionsgate Academy's academic offerings, extra-curricular opportunities, technology needs, best-practice techniques, and safe school environment as they seek to serve students in grades 7-12 and those in AIM, their transition program, for students up to age 21.

Students who attend Lionsgate Academy, teachers and administration who serve them, and the greater community of family and friends continually create a unique learning experience at Lionsgate Academy that helps the students to be the very best they can be. Help us support Lionsgate Academy - it's a school that is making an impact in the world and it's happening in Minnesota. Lionsgate Academy is a school where students on the autism spectrum can truly belong.
