The mission of the Miss Lino Lakes Ambassador Program is to empower young women in the community to become confident leaders through mentorship, volunteerism, and educational scholarships.
Since 2004, 42 young women have represented the city of Lino Lakes and the Blue Heron Days festival and have earned thousands of dollars in scholarships to empower them to achieve their educational goals. This is a community-service based program, and ambassadors are not selected by any beauty or talent criteria but by their leadership abilities, service mindset, and unique personality traits.
We are solely volunteer-run and rely on the generous donations of business and individual supporters to fulfill our mission and to provide educational scholarships to the next generation of female leaders.
