Lighthouse Beginnings

A nonprofit organization

Lighthouse Beginnings is a Peer-Led Recovery Community Organization that supports all individuals from preventative meetings through an additional two years beyond rehabilitation. We support individuals living with substance use disorders, mental health issues and trauma.

LHB offers transitional housing programs, peer recovery support services/training, and integration in peer support into environments such as treatment courts. LHB honors all pathways including medicated assisted treatment.

We have proven that inside of any person struggling that there is hope for a better life.

Lighthouse Beginnings is requesting donations to fill in the gaps of support in which government, nonprofit, insurance, and grants cannot cover.

We struggle with insufficient funds by supporting individuals and families in the following areas:

  • Housing
    • first/last month's rent and deposit
    • groceries
  • Transportation
    • from vehicles to paying for public transportation
    • non-medical transportation
  • Medical Cost for non-insured
    • Co-pays or full costs for prescriptions
    • Pay for services for lack of insurance
    • Recovery Costs
    • Chemical and Mental Health Assessments
  • Employment Readiness
    • Tools
    • Proper work attire

100% of the proceeds will be used to fill the gaps
