College students connecting for change. 

LeadMN represents the 100,000 two-year college students across Minnesota to help them transform their lives and their communities. With all of the challenges of the past year, the work at LeadMN has never been more important to Minnesota’s community and technical college students. Through advocacy, leadership development, and access to resources, LeadMN has been working hard to support students through this pandemic.

Problems like college affordability, food and housing insecurity, and racial inequalities have been exacerbated by COVID-19. Today, 35% of students are food insecure, 43% reported housing insecurity and 17% have been homeless at some point in the last year.

Our work is not about getting back to normal, but addressing the inequalities that will be felt for some time. 

You can help! 

Every dollar you contribute will directly help a student pay for their college tuition. Your donation will make a significant impact in the over $60,000 in scholarships that LeadMN awards 70 students each year.
