LeadMN

LeadMN is the student association for over 100,000 two-year college students across the state of Minnesota. We encourage and empower students along their academic journey, helping them transform their lives and communities. Through leadership and professional development, advocacy, and scholarships we support today’s students and foster tomorrow’s leaders. 

We strive to break down the barriers to success by providing students with scholarship opportunities, resources, and tools that help them reach their personal and academic goals. Each year LeadMN awards over $60,000 in scholarships to over 70 students; provides leadership and professional development training at conferences;  and collaborates with our student leaders to advocate for state and federal policies that make college dreams more accessible.

At LeadMN, we believe in the power of students — and the power of community. That’s why this year, our High Five Campaign is all about small gifts making a big impact. We're looking for 100 new donors... for every new donor who gives $5, a generous partner will match it with another $5. That’s double the support for student leaders across Minnesota!

What’s the High Five Campaign?

This campaign is our way of inviting everyone to get involved — whether you’re a student, alum, educator, or advocate for higher education. A $5 gift may seem small, but when multiplied through matching funds and collective giving, it becomes a powerful tool for change.

Our Goal: 100 new donors giving $5 each. Help us unlock $500 in matching funds and show up for the students who show up for their campuses and communities every day.
