Lead & Care is an organization of licensed family child care professionals working to support the family child care industry in Minnesota.

We are an organization led by family childcare professionals for family childcare professionals.   Our Board of Directors are providers throughout the state, from Moorhead to Pipestone.

Lead & Care is more than just an organization; it’s a movement of providers committed to the sustainability of family child care.

Lead and care advocacy accomplishments and work ensure the family childcare voice is heard. We have empowered providers to actively engage with public policy officials.
