Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC)

About

By donating to the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), you are helping create scholarships for Latino students to pursue higher education through the LEDC Latino Scholarship Fund. We live in uncertain times, but with your help, we are able to remain unwavering in our dedication to supporting Latino students and small businesses in our state. Together, we make change possible.

Our Work

Formally established as a 501c3 in 2003, LEDC’s mission is to transform our community by creating economic opportunities for Latinos. We envision a thriving, multicultural region and state enriched by Latino leadership, culture and economic influence.

Our mission is to create economic opportunities and strengthen communities. We do that by supporting Latino and immigrant entrepreneurs and small business owners through access to capital, technical assistance, business development resources and support for emerging farmers.

LEDC is a statewide organization, with just over 80% of our clients headquartered in the Twin Cities metro area, and the remaining almost 20% located in Greater Minnesota.
