Lanesboro United Methodist Church

Lanesboro United Methodist Church is a small church that makes a big difference! In many ways we inspire people to show God's love & kingdom

Each week we email out a story of our church making a difference. It could be something that happened in worship, or in Bible Study or youth group. Often it is something that happened somewhere in our community. Our goal is to make a difference all over the place by helping people live out their faith in Jesus in their "everyday walking around life."

Here is a recent example.

Our church has a part in ministering to children through creating strong  faithful grandparents, neighbors and community members. We have 18 people signed up- so far- for our fall Bible study on Paul. Our confirmation class is adding a new member and we will continue the Cracked Egg study this fall. While we are in a different season in our church and making decisions about our future, we are still at work making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Which is good news.
