Lakes Area Community & Commerce (LACC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together across Battle Lake and the greater Lakes Region of Otter Tail County. We serve as a connector, linking residents, seasonal homeowners, businesses, nonprofits, and civic partners to create a thriving, welcoming, and vibrant community for all.

Our mission is to strengthen the Lakes Area through events, collaboration, and opportunities that enrich local life and foster economic vitality. From beloved annual traditions like Wenonga Days. to business promotions, community gatherings, public information hubs, and regional partnerships, LACC works year-round to build the sense of belonging that defines small-town life.
