Lake Superior Big Top Chautauqua

A nonprofit organization

$1,015 raised by 8 donors

A non-profit performing arts organization providing exciting musical experiences, rich cultural and educational activities, and programming aimed at encouraging the love of and participation in everything music, all in a little tent in the middle of the woods.

Big Top's patrons come from around the Upper Midwest, including the Land of 10,000 Lakes, to experience great musical artists in a little tent in the middle of the woods - including talented MN artists like Trampled by Turtles, The Jayhawks, Cloud Cult, and the Okee Dokee Brothers

We rely on donors like you to cover about 30% of our annual budget, making it possible to provide Free Family Matinees; providing scholarships for kids eager to try their hand at playing an instrument, singing or songwriting at Bluegrass Camp for Kids; finding and mentoring the next generation of talented singers at Big Top Idol; and by promoting diversity and respect for our region's First People through our Native American Community Connections series.  We also present the absolute BEST of local artists in our house band, the Blue Canvas Orchestra, the talent upon which Big Top was founded.

Please help make the arts accessible for thousands of Chautauqua-goers each summer by sending your gift to Big Top. We are grateful for your support!
