At the JCRC, we are innovating new strategies for executing our missions during the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to lead our community by building relationships with our partners to fight antisemitism and bigotry, provide Holocaust and Israel-related education, advocate for civil rights, and safeguard our community as we collectively navigate this crisis.

The JCRC continues to:

  • Serve as the central public affairs voice of the Jewish community to elected officials, the media, government agencies, and other religious, ethnic and cultural groups;
  • Represent the Jewish community's interests on significant legislative, social justice, and public policy issues in a non-partisan manner;
  • Promote and facilitates the security of the Jewish community and Jewish institutions, and assists community members dealing with discrimination;
  • Educate and mobilize the Jewish community for Israel advocacy;
  • Encourage and facilitate open dialogue and consensus among the Jewish community's diverse religious, political and social perspectives;
  • Provide Holocaust education and diversity programming;
  • Remember the victims and honors the survivors of the Holocaust;
  • Sponsor community and educational forums; and
  • Partner with local and national non-profit, interfaith, and Jewish coalitions.
