A nonprofit organization

Our mission is to promote the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of Italian culture
through educational services and cultural events in the greater Twin Cities area .

The Italian Cultural Center (ICC), founded in Minneapolis in 2006, is a non-profit organization open to anyone interested in the unique phenomena of Italian culture. The ICC’s goal is to promote the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of Italian culture through educational services and cultural events.  There are two language schools operating on the 5th floor of The Cowles Center in downtown Minneapolis: an adult language school and a youth program. The ICC also organizes and sponsors a variety of events showcasing Italian culture in Minnesota. From its annual Italian Film Festival to events and activities for children, the ICC is the resource and focal point for the Italian social scene in the Twin Cities. Other events include educational travel, wine-tasting classes, lectures, hands-on cooking activities, art exhibitions, concerts, contemporary films and other special opportunities to celebrate Italian culture!
