Our mission: To promote and cultivate Irish culture and preserve a rich heritage of traditions for future generations.
How do we do this? Each Spring, we partner with others in the Irish community to celebrate Irish Arts with concerts, classes on Irish language, literature and art, dance and so much more. Each Summer, we hold our namesake event on the 2nd weekend of August, where Harriet Island in Saint Paul comes alive with all things Irish: great music, traditional dance, Gaelic sports, children's activities, workshops, storytelling, food, Irish dogs, sheep herding and more! It's an amazing experience for all who attend.
We support the Irish community and Irish affiliated business wherever we can. As a non-profit cultural organization, we re-invest our revenue into our community and introduce international performers from Ireland, Scotland and beyond.
The Irish Fair has been a self-sustaining celebration of Irish culture for 40 years because of all of you and our strong Irish community and we are asking for your support.
The Irish Fair of Minnesota is not alone in this time of need. We get that. We hope you will consider a donation today! We appreciate any and all financial support. Thank you!
