Established in 1979, Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a human service nonprofit that strengthens our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability. Our service area spans Plymouth (west of 494), Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Orono, and Wayzata. 

Through its integrated services, IOCP provides food and clothing, connects households with critical resources, and helps individuals and families access opportunities for affordable housing, childcare, employment, and more. 

IOCP’s Resale Select thrift store supports this work by selling generously donated clothing, accessories, and household goods, while also providing essential clothing at no cost to families served by IOCP. 

Together with faith groups, schools, government agencies, corporations, and other nonprofits, we are able to provide guidance, build welcoming neighborhoods, lead adults to living-wage jobs, and give kids meaningful learning and enrichment opportunities.

This work impacts thousands of west metro households each year, and it cannot be done without your support.
