1. Local Programs - Minnesota

Inverted Arts hires professional Artist Mentors to help students discover and unleash their creative voices in a variety of artistic mediums: filmmaking, songwriting, visual art, photography, graphic design, spoken word, theater, and more!  We offer before/after school programs and Art Camps with partners at Friendship Academy, Hope Academy, Venture Academy, Eastside Neighborhood Services, Exploration High School, Raygen Samone's iMAGE bEARERS, and during "Open Studio" evening/weekend sessions at Inverted Arts. We pay our Artist Mentors $100/1.5 hour class (includes 30 min prep time and transportation) and we serve over 500 MN students each year!

2. Global Programs - Kenya and Liberia

Inverted Arts offers Art Camps, Scholarships, Small Business Investment opportunities for students at Mathare Community Outreach in Kenya and Mission of Hope for the Disabled in Liberia. This year we are launching two new small businesses led by our scholarship graduates Seth Luchemo and Kevin Obambo in Kenya. Seth is leading Recreation Factory Arts - a music production company and artist training and development center, and Kevin is leading K. Fraji Productions - a video production company. Check out their intro videos below!
