Inspire Community

 Inspire Community aims to build a vibrant Muslim community through uplifting programs and activities that build and sustain our diverse Muslim community.

At Inspire Community, we envision our community to be a place for all Muslims to interact and celebrate each other.  We recognize that our community is beautiful in its diversity and we aim to celebrate that diversity through unique programming and food offerings at our events, in sha Allah.

The Inspire Community team met in the fall of 2019 to put together programming that uplifted the community. We then started to gather and create small consistent gatherings. We especially hold fun interactive programming for the whole family around Ramadan, Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha. We have held programming through COVID such as Eid Donut Deliveries, Convert Care Packages, Parenting Book discussion. In the winter, we don't shy away from going outdoors, holding events such as Sledding and Soup & the Black History Story Walk. 

One of our intentional areas is to hold events that have low overhead and keep it low cost for families. We hope to raise funds in order to give us that support and begin planning the major events such as Ramadan Iftar gatherings and Eid events for 2023 from now.
