Inspiration Corporation

Mission

In an atmosphere of dignity and respect, Inspiration Corporation helps people who are affected by homelessness and poverty to improve their lives and increase self-sufficiency through the provision of social services, employment training, and housing.

Programs

Programs include meals, supportive services, housing, and a culinary skills training program with a restaurant serving the public. Our primary sites are Inspiration Cafe in Uptown and Inspiration Kitchens in East Garfield Park.

Each year, Inspiration Corporation assists more than 1,600 Chicagoans affected by homelessness, including people who are chronically homeless, unemployed or underemployed, and struggling with mental illness, substance abuse disorders and social isolation.
