We are a nonprofit organization providing Food Security, Computer Literacy, Career Placement, Youth Mentoring, Sober Housing, Ex-Offender Housing, Ex-Offender Rehab, Homeless Advocacy, Economic Development and Education to the Twin Cities community.

Our mission is to develop and implement programs and services designed to empower and improve the quality of life for both individuals and families.  House of Refuge Outreach is a catalyst of change.

WE SERVE countless individuals and families each year with food, clothing, financial assistance, workforce development activities and many other services.
