Hope Lutheran High School was established in 2003 by an association of Missouri Synod Lutheran Churches. Our mission statement: Hope Lutheran High School seeks to preserve and extend the kingdom of God by glorifying God through vigorously sharing the Gospel and supporting families in providing a Biblically grounded, inclusive, strengthening and developmentally appropriate educational experience in a loving environment. Hope Lutheran is currently renting classroom space from St. MartinÕs Lutheran School at 253 Liberty Street, Winona, MN. It is the intention of the association to secure a larger facility in the near future. Curriculum set forth for Hope Lutheran High School meets or exceeds District 861 and State of Minnesota requirements. Hope Lutheran seeks to give our students a quality Christ-centered education. The small class size enables the teachers to assure no child is left behind. Our teachers are easily able to monitor each studentÕs progress closely and work with them on an individual basis. Hope Lutheran is a growing school, and as such, curriculum, procedures, and sports, activities are constantly being improved and refined to meet the needs of our students. Parental involvement in this process is highly encouraged & recommended. The Staff and Board of Directors are very excited about WinonaÕs Lutheran High School. We invite you to join us. We encourage you and your child to be a part of the pioneering history of this Lutheran High School and to extend the Kingdom of God.
